 Visited St Magnus Cathedral in Kirkwall Scotland today. The floors!

Glyptotek/mummies

 I love a good Egyptian exhibit. The whole preserving process intrigues me. I was especially interested in the wrapping pattern that looks like a log cabin quilt. 

I was also fascinated with the art work on the inside of the coffin as well as the miniatures that were sealed with the mummies.
